January 14, 2019 (DAYTON, OHIO) – K99.1FM partnered with Dayton Children’s Hospital to host a three-day Radiothon from November 7-9, raising over $300,000.

This was the 21st year for the K99.1FM Cares for Kids Radiothon, with Nancy Wilson and Frye Guy live broadcasting the event from the hospital lobby and asking for donations for sick children in the Dayton area.

Donations from this event have supported vital services and supplies for area sick children since its inception in 1998. To date, the Cares for Kids Radiothon has raised over $4 million dollars.
