Dayton, Ohio (August 1, 2018) — On July 20th, K99.1FM  hosted a sold-out Concert for a Cause at Miami Valley Gaming, raising over $16,000 for the non-profit, GDAA (Greater Dayton Apartment Association Rent Foundation).

This Concert for a Cause was another big win for listeners and a local charity. Artists Scotty McCreery, Eric Paslay, and Craig Campbell played to a sold out enthusiastic crowd at Miami Valley Gaming and got caught up in the excitement.

Paslay told K99.1FM, “I love knowing my fans came out to help support people who are struggling to stay in their homes.  That makes it even more special. I was honored to play with my friends Scotty and Craig.”

K99.1 FM representatives presented The Greater Dayton Apartment Association with a check totaling over $16,000  before the headliner, Scotty McCreery, took the stage.

“When you can give listeners the chance to see their favorite artists and help a local charity at the same time, all of us at K99.1FM feel like winners!” said Program Director Nancy Wilson.
